Bella vacanza a Bucarest

posizione ottima nella parte sud del centro storico, zona pedonale e quindi senza traffico. Appartamento carino con cucina, bagno e ampia camera con letto matrimoniale e soggiorno, ben insonorizzato dato che nelle vicinanze ci sono locali aperti fino a tarda sera. Il balcone è su tre lati, ma praticamente utilizzabile solo il lato davanti alla porta finestra e il laterale dove c'è lo stendino. Bello il panorama anche perché si è al settimo piano.

Non mi è piaciuta la vasca da bagno il cui fondo è stato rattoppato malamente con il rischio di farsi male.

Pozitia buna - aproape de Centrul Vechi.

Singurul punct forte al apartamentului este poziția foarte bună, aproape de Centrul Vechi. Din păcate, experiența noastră a fost dezamăgitoare din cauza lipsei de curățenie și a stării în care este întreținută proprietatea. La sosire, în apartament era un miros foarte puternic de produse de curățenie. A doua dimineață, după ce am ieșit pentru scurt timp și am revenit, am simțit însă adevăratul miros al apartamentului: aer îmbâcsit și un miros puternic de mucegai, în special în bucătărie și baie. Impresia noastră a fost că parfumul intens al produselor de curățenie a fost folosit intenționat pentru a acoperi temporar mirosul de mucegai. Frigiderul era probabil cel mai neplăcut: mucegai vizibil pe garnitură, miros foarte urât la deschidere și murdărie în interior, iar unul dintre sertarele pentru fructe era deteriorat și prins cu sârmă. Am găsit murdărie și în dulapurile din bucătărie, sertare greu de deschis și murdare în interior, mobilier rupt, pereți pătați, faianță deteriorată și o insectă moartă rămasă pe perete. Cada este într-o stare foarte proastă, cu o suprafață mare din stratul de acoperire desprins. Telecomanda nu funcționa. Nu mă deranjează că apartamentul are mobilier vechi sau un aspect învechit – acest lucru era vizibil din fotografii și ni l-am asumat. Ceea ce nu pot tolera este lipsa de bun-simț față de oaspeți. Mucegaiul, murdăria, mirosurile, obiectele rupte și improvizațiile nu țin de faptul că o proprietate este veche sau modestă. Până și detalii precum „dispenserele” de săpun și gel de duș – în realitate ambalaje vechi, reutilizate, cu etichetele îndepărtate – transmit aceeași lipsă de grijă. Nu mă așteptam la lux, ci la un apartament curat, fără mucegai și întreținut decent. Din păcate, toate aceste lucruri lasă impresia că proprietarul nici măcar nu încearcă să ofere o experiență decentă oaspeților. Locația bună nu compensează lipsa de curățenie și întreținere și nu aș reveni.

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt. Mit kleiner Küche und eigener Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Gutes Bett. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Agentur.

Der Eingang des Gebäudes wirkt schmuddelig und ungepflegt. Die Wohnung ist zudem etwas in die Jahre gekommen, eine sanfte Renovation wäre nicht verkehrt.
