Place does not match place listed, customer service is non-existent and check in was atrocious.
The location is good in that it's inn a good area. It is hard to enter and leave the place in your car as it is located on a sharp bend and cars speed around that curve.
The blanket in the cupboard was really fluffy and warm.
Hated that we had difficulty getting into the place. The buzzers are broken so had to hoot our car to try get help. No one came. We then called the number provided on the booking confirmation and it was on voice mail. At this point, we were defeated and had to wait outside and google numbers. We waited outside for 15mins or so. We were then let in by one of the builders. A lady then ran to us and apologized, said she'd gone for a run. She then let us in and showed us to our room without confirming who we were or if we had booked there. She also added that she was not employed there and couldn't help us with any queries.
Check in was outdated and carried out by what seemed like a teenage boy who asked me to write my details in a book. There was no electronic check in, no proof of booking confirmed, the room we were put in did not match the room listed and they stated that Booking.com had made a mistake. The room we were checked into was outdated, unlike the one we booked. It's closet doors were broken, microwave rusty and fridge, old. There was a lack of cutlery (only had things for one person though booking clearly states "2 guests" and when I asked for glasses, I was told there were none). I even asked for a 2nd big town and was informed by the same lady who stated that she was not employed there that "that's how the rooms come and we cannot give you a second towel". Honestly, worst decision to book there. That's not a bed and breakfast, it's a house and whoever runs it does not care what happens there.
