Location was good.

The location

Very disappointing — basic maintenance was neglected The bathroom door handle was broken, there was no toilet seat—it had been broken off—and the air conditioning was leaking water from two separate places. We had to place pots underneath to catch the water. What is most disappointing is that these were clearly pre-existing issues. The establishment was aware of them but chose not to address them before our arrival. These are basic maintenance issues that should have been resolved before welcoming guests. Unfortunately, it gave us the impression that profit was more important than the comfort and well-being of their guests. There was very little pride taken in maintaining the property, and we would not recommend staying here.

Avoid. Owners are liars and irresponsible.

Location and apartment size.

Avoid this place. There was no toilet seat. The owners initially didn't reply to our calls and messages. Then they replied and they kept lying that they found out about the toilet that morning when actually they have known since last month. Then they lied that they would come and fix and and they never did. And they insisted that they found no issue with using the toilet without a seat. In addition, we have booked for 5 people and they did not provide bed sheets for the sofa bed. There was only one small personal sized shampoo and shower gel provided for 5 people for 3 days.

Great location with lots of complications

Plenty of space

Washer didn’t work and it wasn’t addressed. That’s why we booked this location. Hot water was turned off and we weren’t given instructions on how to turn it on. WiFi wouldn’t connect. Bags of dirty towels left inside the apartment

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Check in was easy, and everything we needed was available. The stay was quiet and relaxing
