The owner is extremely helpful. But this place is clearly not for 6 people (3 adults and 3 kids). It only had two beds so I had to sleep on the floor. The extra quilt had stains of previous use so it was not nice to use it but it was very late night to ask the owner about it. Otherwise beds were comfortable but small for 1 adult and 2 kids.
The door knobs in the first floor bedroom we’re not screwed properly and easily come out. My 2 year old daughter shut/locked the door by mistake and luckily I was inside the room. But there was no door handle to open it as it was broken or deliberately left inside the wardrobe. I thought I was stuck inside and couldn’t figure out how to open the door for 4 minutes. Then my wife told me from outside that maybe she saw the door handle inside the wardrobe so I opened it and found the door handle which I used to open the door and put it back there. But if I wasn’t in the room, my daughter was trapped until I would contact Charles to ask about next step.

As escadas e os WCs todos nos pisos superiores. Foi difícil para nós tendo uma criança de 3 anos. Ela não podia circular livremente pela casa, inclusive sempre que quisesse ir ao WC, tinha de ter um adulto a subir e descer com ele por questões de segurança nas escadas.
A casa é muito quente, embora que sabíamos que não tinha ACs isso dificultou muito nossa estadia.
