Overall, the entire experience was uncomfortable and highly disappointing. The property is nowhere close to the standard
Only the location is calm & composed.
Sir, this has honestly been one of the most disappointing and poorly managed stays we have experienced. The property is in serious need of maintenance, and the hospitality standards are extremely bad.
1. The bathrooms are in horrible condition and need a complete renovation immediately. Broken tiles, poor drainage, foul smell, no fresheners, and unhygienic maintenance completely spoil the stay experience. Room No. 1 bathroom is especially pathetic — water gets clogged for a long time and becomes unusable. To make things worse, water supply itself stops if the downstairs bathrooms are being used. This is absolutely unacceptable for any guest property.
2. Even the most basic facilities are missing. Plates and spoons are not available, and charging guests separately for plates when food is ordered from outside is simply ridiculous from a hospitality point of view.
3. Not providing basic drinking water is shocking. A stay property without drinking water availability reflects extremely poor management and zero concern for guests’ comfort.
4. The biggest disappointment is your caretaker/housekeeping staff. Most of the time he appears drunk and completely unfit to handle guests. His behaviour is careless, Every request is immediately answered with “No”, “not possible”, or “cannot happen.” There is no willingness to help, no hospitality, and no basic courtesy towards guests.
