Check-in war jederzeit möglich.
Parkplatz ist weit weg, da man nicht vor dem Hotel parken darf. Check-in war kompliziert und ohne telefonische Anweisung kamen wir nicht weiter. So ging es auch anderen Anreisenden.
Zudem wollte man unser Zimmer kurz vor der Anreise wegen Überbuchung stornieren. Tatsächlich war aber nur die Zimmerkategorie ausgebucht und erst nach einem Anruf gab man uns für denselben Preis eine bessere Zimmerkategorie. Das sollte von Haus aus passieren, wenn der Fehler bei der Unterkunft liegt.

Neu & modern eingerichtet,
sehr schönes Badezimmer.
104: Kleiner Balkon, nicht nutzbar. Ohne Wäscheständer, keine Sessel/Tisch, gleich über den Müllcontainern. Blick vom Fenster auf Milchglas. Schade.
Im Bad keine Haken für Bade- bzw. Handtücher. Nur eine angefangene Rolle WC-Papier vorhanden und Tücher-Spender fast leer.
Unter Superiorzimmer stellen wir uns etwas anderes vor.
