Black Swan Lakehouse is a truly special place — beautiful, peaceful and private, with an amazing location right on the water. The house is stylish, very clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a perfect stay.
A special thank you to the owner, who was always available and ready to help with anything. The level of attention and hospitality was exceptional.
Our whole family loved it and we only wished we could stay longer. We will definitely come back!

An excellent choice for a relaxing getaway on Lake Bicaz! This accommodation offers a special experience, featuring a private pontoon right on the water. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning when you can watch the sunrise and the mist rising over the mountains straight from the terrace.
I especially appreciated the peace and quiet and the comfort of the hanging chair on the pontoon, perfect for reading or simply taking in the view. It is an ideal spot for families as well, as kids can enjoy fishing directly from the deck.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy the beauty of nature. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return!
The access from the parking lot is a bit demanding, but our family, including our 5-year-old son, managed it well—just don’t wear high heels!
The host was nice and offered to take us and all our baggage with the boat from the port.

The Lakehouse is exactly what you can see in the pictures. You literally living on the water and enjoying a beautiful view in a nice area. If you like nature and quietness you’re exactly at the right spot.
You need to be aware that to reach the lake house you need to walk downhill a steep pathway. If you’re a hiker, you won’t mind if you expect easy access you will have some challenges
