fabulous location right on the promenade with lovely balcony and views but still quiet at night for sleeping. Excellent air conditioning and super comfy beds with room for 6 people easily. Great wifi and walking distance to everywhere in Nice. Wish we had had longer and would love to return!
Initially given only one key, and you needed the key to exit the building so that felt a bit dangerous, but eventually given a second one. Beach towels would be an easy and welcome addition . Stairs didn’t bother us but definitely worth knowing there’s no elevator! But if you want a quiet penthouse it’s worth the climb
