The studio is well converted - there was sufficient space to sit and the mattress was comfortable. Good access to the Metro.
Communication was not good. I asked 6 weeks ahead whether I could leave my luggage at the property at midday on the day of arrival. I asked again twice more before arrival but never received an answer either yes or no, so had to make other arrangements for the luggage. Very difficult.
I needed a place with cooking facilities because I have food intolerances and therefore have to prepare my own food. On arrival I found that the hot plates would not turn on. I called Peggy and she said the hob must be locked and talked me through unlocking it. However next day it again would not turn on, but did not this time appear to be locked. I messaged and tried to call Peggy 3 times, but she never got back to me for the rest of my 3 day stay, although her automated message says that she’s available on WhatsApp daily from 9.00 to 23.00. I was unable to cook on the hot plates again during my stay. In any case the kitchen equipment is quite basic.
I feel it needs to be explicitly stated in the property description that the mattress is on a very high platform, and has little headroom. I am 80 years old, lacking in agility and I found it extremely difficult to get myself from the platform onto the almost vertical ladder to descend 2.5m to the floor.

The place was absolutely amazing. It had everything we needed for our stay. And Peggy was very responsive and quick to answer our questions. Would definitely stay here again if I came back.
