Poor Upkeeping

The location nearby KLCC and the amenities around the residence

The unit I was staying appeared to be poorly maintained as there were various damages ie. Door locks, malfunctional ACs, broken remote controls of fan & tv. Apparently, I had to spend the 1st 2-3 hrs calling & having maintenance team to attend to problems.

Will not choose Star Residences again

The location is good. Walking distance to KLCC.

Apartment was not very clean. Living room floor was sticky. Bedsheet had definitely not been changed. Bed linen had a stale/used smell. Please note that you must pay in cash for this property. No cards allowed. Moreover, bathroom door is translucent glass so not much privacy.

The stay was great. Overall, it was walkable distance to KLCC, and the facilities like the pool have amazing view. ✨✨✨
