Casa Cortesella was a wonderful place to stay. The pictures advertising the lodging were exactly what we saw when we arrived. I private balcony shared with the owners of the property, which was very quiet. It had a lake view from the balcony which was lovely at night and in the morning. Varenna was a cute town with lovely restaurants and cute streets and steps...a lot of steps! The room was very cute in its design and set up. The owner left a nice card wishing my mom a happy birthday which was a nice touch. We definitely recommend this place to others.

There was nothing we didn't like about this property or this stay. Everything was perfect.
