Staff and security personnel has nice helping attitude. They are kind enough to accommodate our request.
Breakfast was decent.
I have stayed in Whitefield, Bangalore branch of truelife, so I was expecting something similar. Cleaning needs lot of improvement and too much mosquitos in the room. They have mentioned suites but it is just a room with a washroom.

Very healthy breakfast. The hygiene standards satisfied
The corridor was extremely noisy, and there seemed to be no communication to guests regarding appropriate behavior during their stay. As early as 4:30 a.m., several guests were awake and making loud noises, which disturbed others. The property management should address this issue by displaying clear notices and providing verbal guidance during the check-in process to ensure guests maintain a considerate environment.
Secondly, the cleaning and hygiene amenities provided by the hotel, such as soaps, shampoo, and dental care products, were not up to the expected standard. Improving the quality of these items would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Breakfast was good, staff is courteous but was unable to follow the instructions. Room size is decent and so is the setup but linens and towel quality is below average.
Location is outside main city, and room price did not match the standards.
