A perfect spacious space, inside and out. Easy access to the accommodation, communication pre visit was excellent. The location was perfect for the beach, local walks and events. Comfy sofa and bed, well thought out design of the annex. sound system was a nice touch. Bedroom and bathroom spacious.
nothing.

Loved the peace and quiet location. The sofa and bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we really appreciated the biscuits and milk. We would definitely stay there again.
Everything was perfect!

Parking was easy, bed super comfortable. Rooms were even larger than they appeared in photos. Kitchen is fully equipped. Garden gets the sun in the afternoon and is very quiet. The walk to the beach was easy enough on the farm road and avoids car traffic, be prepared to walk uphill, but it’s Devon. Good coffee, food and saunas within a few minutes drive.
