Poor facilities, poor customer service, and hazardous for small children. Location was good.

Location was great, but that's about it.

The place was unclean and the host did not anticipate our arrival properly. We had to call them to get instructions for entry. He claimed we never filled out reservation confirmation he sent, but it was never sent. When we got there the place was unmarked and difficult to find. Then when we filled out the reservation confirmation he sent me over whatsapp, that was the last we heard from him. We tried to ask him where we could park and why there were no espresso pods despite showing them in the photos of the site. He read both messages and did not respond. He responded when I told him we checked out the next day, so I know his phone was operational. The shower was dirty and so was the sink. The cabinets were dirty and there were many dangerous chemicals within easy reach of our 19 month old daughter that I had to move to a higher location. The place had no wifi and no parking. They provided no crib despite seeing the age of my daughter. There were also several exposed wires with electrical fixtures in the wall and on the light fixture. This added another level of danger with a small toddler.

Sehr enttäuschend, wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt und werden sicher nicht noch einmal buchen.

Ausschließlich die Lage an der alten Mainbrücke

Die Bilder wurden extrem gut gemacht und viele richtig olle Ecken versteckt. Z.B. Schimmel in der Dusche, extreme Verkalkungen am Wasserhahn am Waschbecken, Glühbirnen am Kabel statt Lampen, Loch in der Wand mit offener Elektrik, alte benutzte Lappen und Schwämme in der Küche statt Kaffeekapseln wie auf dem Bild, ekeliger Geruch im Treppenhaus.

Die Lage an der historischen Brücke ist fabelhaft.

Die Fenster liess sich nicht schliessen. Es war nicht sauber. Die Duschtüre war kaputt und fiel aus dem Rahmen. Die Umgebung ist sehr laut. Im Hinterhof gibt es ein Getränkelager, dass mehrmal angefahren wurde. Vor dem Haus gibts es 2 Restaurants, welches auch immer wieder die Geräuschkulisse ansteigen liess. Durch das nicht zu schliessende Fenster war es immer sehr laut
