- Clean bed linen and towels, - close to the train station and Lidl,
- quiet hours observed,
- quiet neighborhood,
- comfortable bed.
I’m sure the owner is trying their best, but
- I didn’t like the trash (in the kitchen and bathroom) left behind by previous guests;
- it would have been nice if it had been cleaned .

The guest accommodation was perfect for me during my business trip. It was a mile away from where I was working, so I could get my steps in. It had a comfortable double bed, with helpful extras like the kettle, toaster and fridge in the bedroom. There was also a flat screen TV though I didn't use it.
It was very useful having my own entrance, which meant I didn't need to disturb the family. Little showeroom was great as was the little kitchenette.
The hosts were quick to respond to queries and I felt comfortable and welcome.
Having free parking on the drive was a bonus!
It was perfect for one. Might have been a tighter squeeze for two people, however, I would still book again if I were visiting with my other half.

The actual suite was bright and well equipped apart from a lack of cutlery.
There was no sound-proofing so that the noise from the family and children in the other part of the house(separated only by an ill-fitting door) was clearly audible.
There was previous occupants’ food in the fridge and the freezing compartment, no tea towel to drive crockery in sink area, bathroom and less than a quarter of a toilet roll for a 2 night stay. This made me query if things like the shower, washand basin and toilet had actually been cleaned after the previous occupants.
Had no communication with the hosts - just their children. No acknowledgement of texts or the information on actual changes to the key pad box.
