Sehr schön und sehr sauber. Das Haus ist groß, und die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig. Wie von uns gewünscht, hatte jeder ein eigenes Einzelbett. Es gibt eine große, gemütliche Küche mit viel Platz zum gemeinsamen Sitzen. Die Atmosphäre ist wunderschön – das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf direkt an grünen Wiesen. Die Gastgeber sind außerdem sehr nett und herzlich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt.
Very nice and exceptionally clean. The house is large, and the bedrooms are spacious. Just as we had hoped, everyone had their own single bed. There is a large, comfortable kitchen with plenty of space for everyone to sit together. The atmosphere is wonderful — the house is in a quiet village right next to beautiful green fields. The hosts are also very kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay.
Eigentlich gibt es kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Als konstruktiven Hinweis möchten wir jedoch erwähnen, dass der Name der Unterkunft und die Adresse in Google Maps möglicherweise nicht eindeutig übereinstimmen.
Wenn man nur nach dem Namen „Monteurzimmer, Gästezimmer, Ferienwohnung“ sucht, zeigt Google Maps einen anderen Standort als die tatsächliche Adresse an.
Außerdem scheint bei der Adresse auf Booking.com das Wort „Deutschland“ direkt mit dem Straßennamen „Osterwies“ verbunden zu sein, sodass daraus „DeutschlandOsterwies“ wird. Dadurch war die Straße zunächst schwer zu finden.
Eine kleine Korrektur der Angaben würde zukünftigen Gästen die Anreise sicherlich erleichtern.
There is hardly anything negative to mention. As a constructive comment, however, the property name and address may not be completely consistent on Google Maps.
If you search only for the property name, “Monteurzimmer, Gästezimmer, Ferienwohnung,” Google Maps points to a different location from the actual address.
Also, on Booking.com, the word “Deutschland” appears to be joined directly to the street name “Osterwies,” resulting in “DeutschlandOsterwies.” This made the street difficult to find at first.
A small correction to the listing details would make it much easier for future guests to find the property.

Le foto non mentono!!Posto veramente stupendo tranquillo e nel verde..struttura fornita di tutto e super pulita letti comodi e con una bella cucina attrezzata di tutto.
Il proprietaro persona fantastica,super accogliente e disponibile ,visto che sono arrivato alle 22:00, se torno in zona ci ritornerò sicuramente..

Neu renoviert und sehr sauber.
Das Zimmer ist einfacher Standard in einem Einfamilienhaus, in dem verschiedene Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbädern und -küche vermietet werden. Das Haus liegt außerhalb von Altötting direkt an einer Landstrasse, ist also wenig ruhig und wenig lauschig. Aber zweckmässig für einen kurzen Aufenthalt z.B.
