Lovely house with plenty of space, fans provided in every bedroom, perfect location for everything in the area
Funny smell and a few minor repairs needed. Nothing that impaired our stay, the gardens needed a little tlc.

Great location. The beach is right beside the property, scenic views. Parking is ample inside the driveway. We had a 7 seater and 5 seater fit inside easily.
Tesco, Lidl, Iceland are a 10 min drive. Costa, McDonalds, Subway, KFC within a 5 min drive.
St Ives is a 33 min drive.
Tintagel (35 min or so) and Bude (1hr) are also reachable, but the good thing is location is in between, so you can pretty much reach every place.
Forest walk within 2 minute drive.
Quiet and relaxing.
Bedrooms are spacious, master bedroom is huge with a balcony too. Decent kitchen with plates and glasses and cups, excellent sitting area, living area, as well as dining space.
They also have board games, monopoly etc in the downstairs room.
WiFi is decent, heating and cooling system is great. There is a fan in every room and also there are heaters etc.
Can easily accommodate large parties. 5 double bed nicely sized room, two really huge sized bathrooms. Towels were provided.
The cleaning was not done properly, there was lots of dust underneath the sofas, you could see clumps of dirt. Also, when I wiped the floor with a cloth, it was unbearable to see, cloth turned completed black. Bring your own clothes and tissues (bathroom tissues provided). The floor was not cleaned let alone mopped, that was definitely an issue.
Moreover, there were no proper bins allocated. There should have been a food waste, general waste but was nonexistent. There was not even a single spare black bag for waste. The kitchen didn’t have any tea bags, which I have usually seen in apartments but that’s not a problem. Please bring your own tea bags (I carry my Yorkshire tea with me)

The views were amazing. The master bedroom with balcony was beautiful. Excellent facilities, free usage of paddle boards and wetsuits, washing machine and dryer was readily available with detergent sheets included. Cleaning items were provided, cleaning equipment were also provided minus a vacuum though which would have been good. Unfortunately no mixer taps except for kitchen. Everything was very clean and the hosts were helpful.
