Location was excellent and villa was spacious
Had trouble getting into villa due to locking mechanism. Took over an hour to get in touch with someone to let us in after a 12 HOUR drive. Had to pay for parking and pool passes. No mention of this upon booking. $10 for parking and $6 per person to swim in the pool. Booking site AND paperwork in villa stated pool bracelets would be provided but were not.

The location
The keypad wasn’t working properly… had it not been for a neighbor we wouldn’t gotten it. The refrigerator was leaking water inside. Owner was contacted and nothing was done about it, even though he said that he would send someone the next day. Never heard back from him. There were insects swarming the front door and also inside the house, owner was made aware and did nothing
