Perfect location: Just a 2–3 minute walk from the beach with a beautiful sea view. It’s also very close to the town center, with fantastic restaurants, bakeries, bars, and grocery stores all within a 5-minute walk. Responsive agency: The rental agency was very helpful. Whenever we had an issue, they dealt with it immediately—for example, when we had problems with the Wi-Fi at the beginning, they provided a new router almost instantly. Spacious layout: As a family of four (two adults and two kids) staying for two weeks, we appreciated the spaciousness and the fact that it had two showers. Kitchen amenities: Equipped with a dishwasher amd a washing mashine, which we found very useful for a longer family vacation.

Outdated and dirty appliances: While having a washing machine is a huge plus, the one in the apartment is very old, dirty, and definitely needs to be replaced. Lack of maintenance: While everything is functional at first glance, the wear and tear is very visible. The kitchen faucet leaks and drips constantly. One of the two showers had a noticeable amount of mold, which didn't feel comfortable to use. Outdated furniture: The couch in the living room and the mattresses are worn out and could use a replacement. The rattan chair on the balcony is also sagging and partially torn. Cleanliness details: There was ingrained dirt in the corners and on some cabinet doors. It’s nothing permanent—a one-day deep cleaning session by the management would easily fix this. The kitchen cabinet doors also don't close properly. Missing or outdated information: We lacked essential information for our stay, such as Wi-Fi details or instructions on how to handle waste disposal. Some of the information provided was actually incorrect—for example, the waste collection rules had changed, and the instructions we were given for the bins were outdated, which caused us some initial confusion.
