EXTREMADAMENTE SUCIO Y LA PROPOETARIA ES UNA MAL EDUCADA.

La piscina. El apartamento no es para nada feo. Llegamos como 3-4h mas tarde de lo previsto por la cola del ferry y avisamos en todo momento y vinieron a abrirnos sin problema.

Llegamos y entregamos 90€ a un señor que cuida la casa. Se dejo el agua de la piscina abierta e inundó el patioz por suerte lo vimos a tiempo y la paramos (se lo dijimos a la propietaria y ni gracias nos dio). La casa esta EXTREMADAMENTE SUCIA. Con todo el respeto del mundo contactamos con Elisabeth (propietaria) y le mostramos fotos de las camas sin cambiar. Nos respondió que ella estaba en Francia y no podia controlar la limpieza. Tubimos que cambiar TODAS las camas. Pero luego el baño...orinado, la cocina todo pegagoso, con grasa, el fuego no se podía practicamente usar, tubimos que lavar los platos antes de su uso, todo lleno de hormigas... la propietaria la noche antes nos dijo que llamaria a la limpieza. Por el mediodia al no saber nada insistimos y la propoetaria fue MUY MUY GROSERA con nosotros y lejos de disculparse nos invitó a marchar devolviendo el dinero. Tengo a mi madre de 71 años viajando con nosotros (mi marido y yo) y le expliqué que no podia irme porque con ella no podía ir a la calle. Le propuse que yo limpiaba el baño a fondo y nos cobrara solo una noche pero nos dijo que si nos quedábamos no pensaba devolver nada. Le digimos en multiples veces que nosotros no le estabamos faltando al respeto y no entendiamos su manera de tratarnos. Como el baño no estaba hecho no tenia papel, al preguntarle donde tenía el papel en la casa me contesto que el apartamento se alquilaba por 120€ la noche y nosotros pagamos 90€ por dos noches y que no había tenido problemas antes...le conteste que eso no era la pregunta (ya yo enfadada por su trato e indiferencia) y que el precio no era nuestra culpa que pagamos lo que ella había pedido en Booking. Entonces le pregunte de nuevo sobre donde podia encontrar el papel de baño y me contesto: EN EL SUPERMERCADO! no nos lo podíamos creer. Jamas había estado en un sitio tan sucio y mucho menos recibido este trato. Seguimos sin entender porqué esa persona reaccionó asi.

Un excellent séjour

Nous avons passé trois très belles journées dans cette magnifique villa. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. La villa est très agréable, bien équipée et très bien située, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Les enfants ont particulièrement adoré la piscine ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci encore pour tout ! 🌴🏊‍♂️😊
