I had a wonderful stay. The location of the home is perfect —it is a short walk to the ferry ticket office and train station. The cleanliness of the entire property was impressive. The place was spotless and very comfortable. The AC worked very well. What truly made the experience special, however, was how polite, welcoming, and truly helpful Sergio was. He went out of his way to provide great local recommendations and ensure I had everything I needed. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Чудесен апартамент. Невероятно разположение - на метри и от гарата и от пристанището. Много по-просторен отколкото очаквахме. Има абсолютно всичко необходимо. А домакина - нямаме думи да му благодарим за всичко. Grazie Sergio.

Situado al lado de la estación ion de tren de Varenna y del puerto de ferris lo hace muy cómodo para llegar a cualquier parte del Lago de Como. Adicionalmente es muy cómodo y sin duda lo mejor su anfitrión una persona cuidadosa y atenta con los huéspedes
Tal vez lo único es la subida de las escaleras para llegar al apartamento por fortuna habíamos dejado el equipaje en la estación de tren y solo llegamos con lo necesario para una noche

Location and friendliness of the host.
Apartment not clean. Wi-Fi did not worked. Air conditioners were super noisy. We couldn’t properly sleep at night because of the noise of the air conditioners. Times for checkout are at 10h00 which is really early.
