We like the Grass Residences it has a nice vibe to it tho does have small things to annoy. The studio condo was clean tidy and comfortable but 10 nights too long for a studio. The lifts worked fine and the common areas clean and tidy and the staff were helpful and friendly. The pool area was very nice and private to tower 4 and 5 and usually empty.
Nothing bad to say but not enough pillows or bedding for a longer stay tho perhaps provided if asked for we just bought our own from the excellent mall next door

I like the room overall, the ambience is good. For utilities, i like the following: videy, shower, bed/pillows, window, cooking/dining equipments and utensils, coat hanger, and the view. Also, the table near the window is organized and romantic.
The faucet is not working, i can't wash the dishes. And not enough trash bin (small size and only located in the bathroom) or garbage bag (only one). I've also seen some little cockroaches. Also, the doorknob from bathroom is so weak that i think any user can destroy the doorknob by just normally using it. Additionally, i noticed that the lightbulb in the chandelier is not working.
