Emplacement de l'immeuble est bien situé et il a des belles vues.
la bruit fin soirée et le matin à bonheur, l'appartement a été rénové mais l'isolation phonique et etanchéité très mal fait, et lors de la pluie, nous avons eu la fuite d'eau par la fenêtre arrivée jusqu'au salon, absence d'un ascenseur pour l'appartement au 4éme étage ce que nous n'avons pas vu dans l'annonce. la télé ne marchait pas.

Вам стоит заменить роллы на окнах они не работают или повесить шторы, полотенца очень не приятно пахли… стоит на это обратить внимание.

Die Lage neben der Altstadt war top. Auch die Straßenbahn war gleich daneben. Die Unterkunft war von der Größe optimal für 2 Personen. Bäckerei war auch gleich daneben. Die Küche war top ausgerüstet. Es gab sogar einen Geschirrspüler. Die Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert.
War manchmal etwas laut von der Straße.
