Escape to adventure in our brand-new (purchased Mar 2026) 2025 Jayco Jay Feather Micro 199MBS – your perfect lightweight home on wheels for creating lasting family memories or peaceful couple getaways! At just 23 feet long and easy to tow (dry weight ~4,505 lbs), this compact travel trailer delivers big comfort with a bright, modern Vintage Farmhouse interior, one slide-out for extra living space, and everything you need for stress-free camping.
Sleeps up to 8 comfortably with a Murphy bed, convertible dinette, and a dedicated bunk room with double bunks – ideal for kids or extra guests. Enjoy endless hot showers thanks to the on-demand tankless water heater, stay cool with the 13,500 BTU A/C or warm with the furnace, and cook up starside meals in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with griddle. Relax under the 15-foot power awning, watch the 32" TV, or simply unwind with 55 gallons of fresh water capacity and all the thoughtful touches that make this feel like a home away from home.
We're new to hosting and so excited to share this fresh rig with responsible adventurers who love the outdoors as much as we do. Whether you're headed to national parks, beach campsites, or scenic family road trips, this trailer is ready to make every trip effortless and fun.
A few important notes to keep your adventure smooth and our rig protected (we're firm on these to ensure everyone has a great experience):
This trailer is for safe, standard campground or RV park use only. Absolutely no Burning Man, Coachella, music festivals, large gatherings, desert camping, boondocking in remote/high-risk areas, off-roading, unpaved/rough/dirt roads, or any high-risk environments. These activities can cause serious dust/sand damage, mechanical issues, or safety concerns – and they are not covered by Outdoorsy insurance.
We have a discreet GPS tracker installed purely for your safety and convenience. In the rare event of a breakdown, emergency, or roadside need, it lets us quickly locate and assist you (or coordinate help) without any constant monitoring!
What's Included (we keep it simple due to limited storage in this compact model):
Basic kitchen essentials: plates, bowls, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, and cookware for 6–8 people.
Fresh linens, pillows, and towels for all beds.
Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags.
All standard RV hookups, hoses, and leveling blocks.
Outdoor kitchen griddle and awning.
Due to very limited storage space, we provide only the basics. You'll need to refill propane, fresh water, and personal/consumable items (extra TP, soap, food, etc.) as you go – super easy at any campground! If you'd like cozy extras like throw pillows and table decor for that homey feel, just let us know in advance – we'll happily add them for a small fee (or keep the trailer minimalist if you prefer maximum open space).
