Everything about the property was gorgeous and true to the photos! It’s an incredibly spacious villa; our group of eight felt completely comfortable with plenty of space. We especially loved the pool house—it felt very private and was a wonderful addition to the stay.
While the property is undeniably gorgeous, our stay was unfortunately marred by a major issue: we were left without water for nearly two full days—more than half of our stay. Although maintenance attempted to fix it late at night, the water that eventually returned was pitch-black and contaminated with dirt, making it completely unusable for drinking, cooking, or showering. We were forced to check out without even being able to shower. It was a huge disappointment, and this is a significant maintenance issue that should have been resolved long before listing the property on Booking.
