Loved the space, view and accessibility!
That we would have been charged to have our room cleaned more than once during our stay and would’ve been charged to have clean towels.
And there was no safe which made it a little uncomfortable to leave our valuables while we were out and about.

The apartment location is excellent, you can enjoy some really cool neghbourhood in Osaka on foot or reach the metro in a few minutes. The apartment is clean and practical, we felt very comfortable.
The instructions for the checkin-checkout procedure are a little involved, but actually after the first time it's simple, and the checkout was perfectly straightforward (we just handed the keys to the cleaning lady).
