The location and boutique style of the resort.
The rooms felt a little dark but everything else was great.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Manager "'Key' made all effort to keep the guests happy. Location was great and very close.to the beach as well as several restaurants. The property had a nice garden and few private beach beds on the beach where you can use the service of the beach club next door to purchase food and drinks. The room (the suite) was comfortable. Aircons and fridge worked fine. Overall we were happy to stay there , it just needs alot of attention and TLC to improve the facilities.
Breakfast needs improvement. We ended up having bfast elsewhere every morning.
Pool table.needs to be fixed as there are sevsral balls missing and all the items are either broken or really old.
Most of the fans were super old and rusty and some not working.

The socald breakfast buffet was a major letdown, definetly not 5 star.
Claiming 5 star status is in my opinion a bit optimistic

The location was right in the beach with great views. The manager was very friendly and did go out his way to source additional bikes for ride.
The beds and pillows were really hard, I asked for a mattress topper to help but unfortunately they weren’t yet available as the owner was still waiting for them to be delivered. He made every effort to follow up during our time there though.
the breakfast wasn’t very good and we ended up eating outside of the hotel.
