I recently stayed here for two nights with a group of friends and it truly felt like home. The place exudes a calming and relaxing vibe. The terrace is a perfect spot to unwind and chill out. Whenever I visit Pondicherry from now on, this will definitely be my go-to place to stay. It’s ideal for friends and family as well. Not just the place, the co-host Jyothi is incredibly kind and humble. It’s rare to find such people.

I booked Villa L'or for three of my friends, and it truly exceeded all our expectations, especially considering its location near such a popular tourist destination. From the very beginning, the experience was smooth and reassuring. The manager, Jyothi, stayed in regular contact with me on WhatsApp and patiently addressed every query I had about the property.
It has a 10/10 location - very close to the beach. Upon arrival, there was a wait of about thirty minutes while the villa was being prepared. However, once we stepped inside, it was clear that the wait was completely worth it. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and inviting. The bathrooms were well-maintained, hygienic, and stocked with essential toiletries. The living room was spacious and thoughtfully arranged, even with a refrigerator and sofa in place.
The kitchen was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and ingredients, including an oven and mixer. Every room was air-conditioned, and for those who wanted to relax on the balcony, coolers were provided outside. One of the highlights was the open-air shower on the upper floor, which added a unique touch to the stay.
What stood out the most was the hospitality. Jyothi personally visited the property daily to ensure everything was comfortable and that our stay was going smoothly. Overall, Villa L'or offered excellent comfort, cleanliness, and service, making it a memorable experience.
The slight noise during the evening time probably due to some acrobatics/yoga class could have been contained. Everything else was fine.
