Great location! Especially for people planning to attend a concert in MOA Arena and people who like to shop. Near NAIA which is great. Commute is not that bad since you can book a grab or the bus carousel. There are restaurants and stores for your necessities on the ground floor.
Tiny pests but manageable. Wasn’t able to figure out the water heating but also manageable.

Very good location right next to mall of Asia and near to casino and 1 bus stop from the metro the cooking facility was useful and balcony was great.
I was shocked at the ticketing system for the swimming pool felt like entering a airport terminal just go for a swim the want all your information then you have to wait in line at two different places and go through security with your ticket or if you go in the water they start blowing a whistle at you apart from that pool was nice and clean and nice place to hang out.
