O espaço e a localização.
Tem um enorme potencial mas precisa de um face lift.

We had a 3 bedroom property to ourselves, so had lots of space. It was close to restaurants and supermarkets and a lovely beach .
The property needs to be updated , it was fine for one night passing through but wouldn’t want to spend a week there . The beds were clean but the kitchen area was very worn and furnishings old and dated and the showers needed re sealing , looked grubby.
