Disappointing

- Great location, with many shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, public transport stops, and more, all within walking distance (<5 min. walking). - The amenities in this apartment were good: there was a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an AC, all of them were available to use and were all working.

- The check-in was very inconvenient, I had to pick up the keys at a random corner shop about 500 meters away from the apartment. Normally it would not be a problem, but as a tourist with several bags/suitcases, I wished I was just handed the keys at the front door of the apartment. - The apartment was not clean: the air filters in both the kitchen and bathroom were covered with a thick layer of dust, as were the tops of the kitchen cupboards, cooker hood, and the AC. Besides that, many of the wall tiles in the bathroom were dirty and some of the tiles had very dubious stains. - The mattress in the bed is sagging, and the bed creaks a lot. - The overall look and maintenance of the apartment is poor: missing dining chair, another two dining chairs were damaged, as was the wobbly dining table. Two of the three roller shutters weren’t working. The skirting board under the worktop was missing.

NO PARKING. BAD EXPÉRIENCE WITH HOST.

attention PAS DE PARKING! il était mentionné sur booking ainsi que sur la description faite par le host qu'il y avait un parking privé et sécurisé, ce n'était pas du tout le cas! j'ai du demandé plusieurs fois avant que la personne me réponde de façon confuse de quel parking je parlais, qu'il s'agissait d'un bug de booking, qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire et que nous avions cas nous garer dans la rue à la gare. Aucune solution ne nous a été donné du host, aucun dédommagement pour le parking que nous avions finalement payé 120€ pour les 4 jours de séjour. Pas d'espace pour déposer la voiture en bas pour monter les bagages, nous étions livrés à nous même et nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps à cause de cette histoire. De plus aucune rencontre avec le host, les clés sont à aller chercher dans une supérette. La propreté laisse à désirer, aérations jamais dépoussiérées, cheveux et sol poussiéreux.

Un bel appartamento, molto spazioso. Posizione ottimale, vicinissimo alla stazione Requier. Ci tornerei.

Spaziosa e con tutto l’occorrente.

Poteva essere più pulito. Peccato per il cattivo odore all’entrata del condominio, probabilmente dovuta alla presenza del supermercato. Ma salendo poi scompare.
