Location to the main town was really good, 10mins easy walking distance to the marina, restaurants and bars. 30 mins walk to the ferry terminal.
Had all required facilities for a short stay
Only parking is in a garage or somewhere on the main street further up the road out of the estate.
We were lucky that the car just about fitted in but for the size of cars these days this will need to be considered.

A perfect location for visiting family at the university. If we come back to Plymouth, we will certainly look at booking again.
This is not a comment on the owners, more so a comment on Plymouth generally - trying to figure out how to do 2 days of parking without falling foul of parking enforcement. There is a garage available with this apartment, but it was too small for our SUV style car. The area has a mix of council managed resident-permit-only bays (web says guests can do something for a temporary pass, but that setup was ludicrously vague) and private parking enforcement on bays around the flats, with unclear rules for visitors. We ended up using JustPark to rent a bay to be on the safe side. Feedback to the company that manages the bays around the flats - have a bit of a think because half of those bays were empty for the duration of our stay but you had no obvious way for us to "rent" one of those unused spaces for the duration.
