Kein ausreichender Sonnen- und Sichtschutz Zu wenig Kleiderschrank Keine Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen und Trocknen von Handtüchern im Bad bzw. Badesachen Kein Geschirrspüler Halter für Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon defekt/ nicht verstellbar

Die Lage ist wirklich super. Direkt am Strand und trotzdem ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und das Bad ist recht neu.
Es sind leider keine zwei Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Das Stockbett steht in einer Nische im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt im gesamten Wohnzimmer keine Rollos oder Gardinen, sodass es gerade im Sommer sehr früh sehr hell ist.

Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig und liegt in einem Villengebiet, sehr dich am Strand und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar wie z.B. Hafen, Promenade und Timmendorf City usw. Die Wohnanlage ist in einem außergewöhnlichen 70iger -Style irgendwie cool :-). Auf dem Hausdach ist ein toller Pool mit anliegenden renovierten Saunabereich. Der Grundriss der Wohnung ist super, außergewöhnlich, durchdacht, großzügig und schön hell. Ein echtes Plus! Die Küche ist neuwertig und perfekt ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen und Backen benötigt. Das Bad ist modern, sehr gepflegt und rundet den hochwertigen Eindruck der Wohnung ab. Ein riesiges Lob! Die Wohnung war absolut tadellos und blitzblank sauber. Sehr froh waren wir über den kostenlosen Tiefgaragenparkplatz, da umliegend Parkgebühren verlangt werden!
Die großen Fahrradkeller waren leider sehr voll.
