The Guest House looks brand new: it is exactly how shown in photos, including the room which was absolutely clean and spacious.
The staff was super friendly and provided us complementary water and laundry service.
There's also a rooftop terrace.
The neighborhood didn't look too good for us to have a walk after the sunset as we were 3 girls. It was dark and we met stray dogs.
But actually nothing happened and the Guest House is also nearby a main road. I think it's fine or better if you have your vehicle or use grab.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff! They let us leave our baggage for the whole day when we already checked out and had to leave to the immigration office and spend the whole day. Thanks to them for everything!
