5-room cottage 170 m2 on 2 levels. Very comfortable furnishings: large living room with 1 sofabed, digital TV, radio and tiled stove. Exit to the terrace. 1 room 15 m2 with 2 beds. Large kitchen 25 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto)) with dining table. Shower/WC, hydro massage shower. Underfloor heating. Upper floor: 1 room 15 m2 with 3 beds. 1 room 28 m2 with 4 beds and 1 pull-out bed. (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 sleeping facilities. 1 room 15 m2 with 3 sofabeds and 1 double bed. Bath/WC, hydro massage bath. Heating. Panoramic view of the mountains, the garden, the forest and the town. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher. Coffee machines: capsule, espresso (lever), drip. Shower box (steam with radio). Outdoor hot tub for 6 people with a mountain view. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
