Très décevant : logement bruyant, mal entretenu et invivable à cause de la chaleur.

Très mauvaise expérience, logement ne correspondant pas à nos attentes ni à ce qui avait été annoncé.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté plusieurs problèmes : porte cassée, mur abîmé avec de la peinture déchirée, ainsi qu’une table collante avec des taches qui ne partaient pas.
Le plus gros problème a été la chaleur insoutenable dans le logement. Nous avions pourtant pris soin de demander plusieurs semaines à l’avance si des ventilateurs seraient disponibles, et l’on nous avait clairement confirmé que oui. À notre arrivée, le ventilateur mis à disposition était défectueux : il faisait énormément de bruit, se déplaçait dans tous les sens et dégageait même de la fumée. Il était donc impossible de l’utiliser en toute sécurité. Il a finalement cessé complètement de fonctionner.
Nous avons immédiatement contacté l’hôte, mais celui-ci ne pouvait intervenir que le lendemain, ou éventuellement très tard dans la soirée, sans garantie. Nous ne pouvions évidemment pas attendre plusieurs heures dans une telle chaleur ni passer une nuit dans ces conditions, d’autant plus que nous avions justement anticipé ce problème des semaines avant notre arrivée en demandant si des ventilateurs seraient disponibles.
L’isolation phonique est également extrêmement mauvaise : les murs semblent très fins et nous entendions absolument tout ce qui se passait dans l’appartement voisin, notamment les conversations téléphoniques, les discussions et les bruits de pas. Le quartier est par ailleurs très bruyant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus difficile.
À cela s’ajoutent de nombreuses consignes pour récupérer les clés ainsi que des messages WhatsApp répétés pour confirmer plusieurs fois des informations que nous avions pourtant déjà communiquées et confirmées avec l’hôte.
En raison de la chaleur et de l’absence de solution immédiate, nous avons finalement été contraints de quitter le logement et de prendre un autre hébergement en urgence.
