L’appartement est neuf, propre et bien équipée.
L’accès est par contre compliqué car encore en travaux et pas d’ascenseur. Compliqué pour arriver au 4eme étage avec les valises.
Ma réservation a été double à mon insu erreur du système de l’hôtel ou de Booking. J’ai payé pour une chambre 3 jours un montant de 854€ hors de prix. À ce prix j’aurais pu prendre un hôtel 5 étoiles. À la fin de mon séjour je me suis rendu compte. J’attends toujours une réponse pour le remboursement de la moitié débité de plus 427€.
J’avais une voiture de location et je me suis garée le premier jour sur le côté du bâtiment, au matin un voisin m’avait dégonflé un pneu. Faites gaffe si vous avez une voiture pendant votre location.Pour toutes ses raisons je suis dégoûtée totalement de ce séjour.

La ubicación. Una zona tranquila bien comunicada con el centro a través de la línea 800.
Fácil acceso a la autovía para salir y entrar de la ciudad.
Un 4 piso sin escaleras.

C’est un établissement très calme,propre,très bien situé qui offre un très bon rapport qualité prix

The furniture and the full set of appliances and the bathroom looked new. Although there is traffic on all sides, I did not find it noisey. Facial tissues, toilet paper, dish soap, one dishwasher tablet, towels, and bedclothes were supplied, and I found the bed comfortable. Tea bags and 2 coffee pods with sugar and CoffeeMate were also available :).
The owners don’t supply any soap or shampoo, or such toiletries. If you’re flying to Quebec for a short stay, bring your own, but only 100ml!! (I moved the dish soap into the bathroom during my short stay.) The concrete building minimizes noise levels, but some people might not like the exposed concrete wall in the entrance. The price was incredibly high, although cheaper than the best hotels downtown.
