We wanted to visit Rome without staying in Rome and this location was perfect! Its either 20 min by car to the carpark by the last metro station A Aragnina or 300m to the train station, option of visiting castle San Gondolfo and the lake is just amazing, clear warm water,
Luca, the hoste was amazing. Can't really speak English,but Google translate did the trick. We turned up a bit earlier than check in, but asked if we can leave our car at the property and he was happy to accommodate that. Recommend where to hire kayaks at the lake and where to eat in town as well as the restaurant right next door. And explain how to get to Rome 😊
The property was specious, clean and had everything you'd need, would be perfect for a longer stay as you have full size fridge and decent size kitchen. We stayed only two nights and absolutely loved it, both night eaten dinner at the restaurant next door and both were amazing 🤤 Saturday the restaurant was full! Very easy to get in and out closer to Rome and then a swim in the beautiful lake later. Perfect stay.

Essere indipendenti, come a casa propria, con la possibilità di parcheggiare auto/moto in un cortile chiuso. E, poi, l’accoglienza di Luca, il proprietario, e di una splendida micia nera!!!
Purtroppo, la disposizione della casa non permette di avere la televisione in soggiorno. È comodissima in camera, però, mangiando, non la si può vedere. Si potrebbe studiare un modo…..
