Clean and comfortable! Easy check in
The front desk stated complimentary coffee would be available 6am-10am in the lobby. I went to the lobby 3 times between 6am and 7:30 am not only was there no coffee, but there was no one at the front desk.
I don't mind paying for coffee, but there were no such options on site. Perhaps considering adding a quality vending option for purchase, or have the employee responsible for preparing and setting up the coffee table be at work on time.
I understand independent hotels typically do not have overnight desk help, but perhaps consider providing a phone number to text with questions or concerns.

June 2026 - The property is tucked into a busy but peaceful neighborhood. Seemed newly renovated. Adequate parking. Clean and well maintained. Staff was exceptional; helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with questions. Did not know any other guests were there while in our room.
The air conditioner was older and created some noise. It was not a disturbing noise but enough where one could feel as if they were speaking louder than normal.

The hotel was clean and smelled very nice.
For the price the hotel is overrated. They only give you 1 pillow most hotels provide two per person per bed. I was kind of surprised to only have one pillow as an option. The bed is really firm. I was surprised by the $150 security deposit which has shown on my bank account twice, but I am waiting to see if they both fall off the account. As of now there is only one pending. There is no mini fridge in the room, so if you go out to eat be prepared to eat it all or don't bring it back to your room. Their smart TV has this weird password option that you have to enter every time you want to watch something different. It just felt overly complicated for no reason. The front desk staff was kind when I checked in but when I left the front desk staff was on the phone and just kind of waved. No real interaction or asking how my stay was or anything. I had another reservation in July but I went ahead and canceled it.
