The property location was fabulous and the dedicated parking was also a big plus. The interior was lovely and well equipped, we enjoyed the hot tub!!

Rolled up wet towels on the bed and leftover food in the fridge, But it was all sorted very quickly.

The location is great & the flat itself is lovely.
There’s clearly been care & attention designing this property but unfortunately this didn’t feel like it was carried through the housekeeping of the property.
The master bedroom doesn’t have a bottom sheet so you have to sleep on a bare mattress protector which I hope is washed between uses, but is marked. This seems to have been raised in feedback a number of times. Additionally you are only given 1 bath towel between 2 people, no bath mat and 1 damp hand towel to use between everyone across the two bathrooms. This doesn’t seem to match the standard of the property but when I raised this with the owner, it is apparently what they usually offer.
