Good accommodation with pub food available. Staff were excellent. Good for a 1 night stay.
I would suggest a more interesting menu away from the usual pub fare.

The staff were wonderful, they went out of their way to meet our needs, found us a table upstairs when there were none left inside downstairs. Ran up with our meals. Were just as helpful at breakfast time. The room was great, beds comfortable and shower great.
There was nothing to dislike.

It was quiet, and the main reception attendant was really helpful and friendly. Beautiful outlook.
Our toilet paper did not get replenished (we ended up buying to some) and needed extra towels. (The cold meant that they didn't dry off by the next day). My sister's were also told by the younger girl who checked them in that they didn't get the complementary breakfast, so they missed out the first morning. The main woman told them later that day that they did and apologised. The rooms are a bit dated, particularly the bathroom. No lifts available.
