Дизайн и отделка всего отеля - современно и красиво. Размер номера превосходно. Душевая и туалет прекрасного качества. Кровать, матрас и постельное белье удобные и хорошего качества. Уютное СПА, где предлагают вкусный чай. Разнообразный и обильный завтрак, особенно приятно сезонные местные фрукты. Внимательные официанты. Частный пляж, новые шезлонги и огромные пушистые полотенца. До центра можно дойти пешком за 15 мин или 7 мин на такси. Уборка и смена полотенец ежедневно. Я провела там 3 ночи в тихом номере 3004, с частичным видом на море. И мой сон был крепким, потому что если взять номер с полным видом на море, может быть слышен шум дороги. Окна полностью открываются и наслаждение морским бризом и пением птиц каждое утро.
Комплиментарную воду, ставят в номер только в первые сутки проживания. На вторые и третьи сутки питьевую воду не ставят. Об этом не предупреждают. Сотрудник reception Александр, дает не проверенную информацию, что может иметь последствия. В субботу, он отправил меня в не работающий Adriatic банк, я потеряла время и осталась без наличных на все выходные. Хотя Prva banka работал до 13.00 и я могла бы успеть в него Я каждый вечер пользовалась СПА, и только на выезде мне сказали на reception про акцию 3 ночи проживания, у них есть скидка на массаж. Почему не предложили это во время проживания? В общем сотрудникам ресепшен нужно больше знаний о работе всех служб отеля и города.

The staff is very helpful and pleasant.
The visual design of the hotel and rooms is cozy and stands out among the typical buildings in Tivat.
Convenient location - not far from Kotor and very close to the airport
The individual accessories are in good condition.
A good breakfast.
There is parking both outside and inside.
The audibility is very high: the door to the room is quite thin, so you can hear absolutely everything both from the hallway and from your room. Our neighbors on the right were pretty emotional, so we heard everything.
In addition, I was confused by the quality of cleaning - but this is a common problem for the whole of Montenegro. There were fingerprints of past guests on some of the furniture, and there was dust somewhere.

Propreté et emplacement sympa
Pas très bien reçu par le personnel.
Nous sommes arrivés 1,5h avant le Check in de 15.00… avec un bébé qui faisait la sieste. Une première personne très sympathique m’a informé que le Check in était à 15.00 que je pouvais patienter au restaurant mais que d ici 20 min à maxi une heure la chambre serait prête… il allait demander au service du ménage de faire notre chambre en priorité.
Malheureusement a 15.10 je me présente après plusieurs passages et une autre personne très désagréable m’indique qu il ont que 10 min de retard sur le chek in et que ce st comme ça j ai qu’à attendre encore…
Je trouve ça très déplacé… il a fallu que je me fâche afin que les choses accélèrent…
Dommage de voir que même au Monténégro les salariés sont souvent aussi désobligeant .
J espère que la direction prendra les sanctions nécessaires.
Aussi à mon point de vue les matelas était très durs… mais ça c est personnel.
