Propreté et emplacement sympa
Pas très bien reçu par le personnel.
Nous sommes arrivés 1,5h avant le Check in de 15.00… avec un bébé qui faisait la sieste. Une première personne très sympathique m’a informé que le Check in était à 15.00 que je pouvais patienter au restaurant mais que d ici 20 min à maxi une heure la chambre serait prête… il allait demander au service du ménage de faire notre chambre en priorité.
Malheureusement a 15.10 je me présente après plusieurs passages et une autre personne très désagréable m’indique qu il ont que 10 min de retard sur le chek in et que ce st comme ça j ai qu’à attendre encore…
Je trouve ça très déplacé… il a fallu que je me fâche afin que les choses accélèrent…
Dommage de voir que même au Monténégro les salariés sont souvent aussi désobligeant .
J espère que la direction prendra les sanctions nécessaires.
Aussi à mon point de vue les matelas était très durs… mais ça c est personnel.
