Bad hospitality lead to unpleasant experience
Room was fine
Under the blingy lights, many flaws were hiding.
Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues, the biggest one being the false promises made by the owner.
The property was advertised as having a swimming pool, but there is no operational pool at the property. The only pool on-site is a common rooftop pool that is still under construction and not functional. This crucial information was deliberately hidden from us before booking.
When we confronted the owner about this, he admitted the issue and promised to arrange access to a nearby pool instead. We shared our preferred date and time well in advance, but he kept delaying the booking, ignored our calls, and continuously avoided giving a clear response. It was only after repeated follow-ups and arguments that he finally made the booking—but entirely according to his convenience, not ours.
This completely ruined our 3-day vacation experience. We specifically booked this property because we were looking forward to enjoying a pool throughout our stay. Instead, after endless chasing and frustration, we were given just one hour of pool access on a single day. It genuinely felt like we were begging for a facility that had already been promised as part of the booking.
Apart from the pool issue, the room itself had an unpleasant, musty smell. The kitchen was missing several basic utensils. Even after requesting them multiple times, a staff member came to ask what we needed but never returned with the requested items. The lack of responsiveness and basic hospitality was extremely disappointing.
Overall, the owner was all talk while convincing us to book the property, making big promises and assuring us of various facilities. However, when it came to actually delivering on those promises, he failed miserably. The entire experience felt misleading, unprofessional, and frustrating. I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting honest communication or the amenities that are advertised.
