Wake up above one of Lake Garda’s most beautiful bays. This apartment is set in the second row, about 150 meters from the lake, elevated above the lakeside road—with open views of the water and the dramatic cliffs of the western shore from the living area, both bedrooms, and two balconies.
The apartment offers approx. 90 m² (75 m² living space plus two balconies). Located on the second floor of a quiet building with only four units, fully renovated in 2022. Spacious living and dining area for six, open kitchen with peninsula. One full bathroom with shower and bathtub, plus a guest WC.
Family room with double bed (180 cm) and two single beds above, lake view, air conditioning, blackout curtains. Second bedroom with permanently extended, extra-wide sofa bed, additional mattress, and workspace. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. No pets, hypoallergenic, non-smoking.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Height-adjustable desk, two monitors, ergonomic chair, high-speed Wi-Fi, and printer. Air conditioning, blackout curtains in both bedrooms, washing machine, smart TV with streaming, private grill, beach towels. From October 2026, increased electricity capacity of 4.5 kW will be available (previously 3 kW), allowing simultaneous use of kitchen appliances and air conditioning without issues.
Lakefront approx. 150 m, beach 2 minutes’ walk, Malcesine center 5 minutes by car.
Located on the 2nd floor without elevator and not barrier-free; the house is on a steep hill, and access to the lake is steep. Parking space is compact and may be tight for larger vehicles (e.g., vans, SUVs).
