Pleasant and quiet detached holiday home with private swimming pool (8x4m) in the Dordogne. The property is located on a cul-de-sac with a few permanent residents nearby. The house comprises 2 large bedrooms accommodating up to 5 people. There are also 2 bathrooms with shower/bath, washbasins, and 2 toilets. The house offers all necessary comforts, such as air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, TV, etc. The house consists of two connected parts.
In the first part, on the ground floor, you will find the living area with kitchen, storage room, dining area, and sitting area. There is also a bathroom with washbasin, toilet, and shower. From the living area, you have direct access to the covered terrace and swimming pool. Upstairs, via the beautiful iron spiral staircase, you will find a spacious bedroom with a double and a single bed. In the second part of the house, you will find a separate toilet, laundry room, and bathroom with open shower, bathtub, and double vanity unit. Finally, here you will also find the spacious bedroom with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The house is detached, situated in a quiet location, and offers the necessary privacy with a private swimming pool and spacious, sunny terraces, as well as a large, fully fenced garden. The private pool is heated and open from early May to late September.
