The Space
This beautifully designed two-story villa features an open and airy layout with plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island. The living room provides a comfortable place to gather, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.
Step outside to your private lanai and enjoy the peaceful tropical surroundings — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks as the warm Hawaiian breeze rolls in.

• Room 1 - King bed
• Room 2 - 2 bunk beds (Queen on the bottom and double on top)
• Room 3 - Queen Size
• Extras: Blowup mattresses
• 3 bathrooms (half bathroom 1st floor)
• Comfortably sleeps 6 but can accommodate 8 people for an extra $50 nightly fee per person
• Great for families or small groups
Traveling with family? Upon request, we can provide a high chair and baby gate for your little ones. We also have beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys available for your beach days.
The primary suite offers a relaxing retreat with its own private bathroom, while the additional bedrooms provide comfortable space for guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this Waikoloa property! The home was immaculately clean — it was so spotless that we honestly wondered if we were the very first guests since the owners took possession. Everything felt fresh, well-cared for, and thoughtfully prepared.The property is extremely well maintained with high-quality furnishings, plenty of bedding (extra pillows, blankets, and sheets all in great shape), and a fully stocked kitchen with tons of cooking supplies, utensils, and appliances. No missing items or worn-out things here — it was all in excellent condition.Security was never a concern. The property felt safe and secure throughout our stay, with solid locks and a peaceful, private setting that let us relax completely.The host was wonderful and went above and beyond. She even retrieved special items from the garage that were stored for guest use, making our stay more comfortable right from the start.A fun bonus was the pair of friendly cats that seem to frequent the property. There was cat food in the cabinet and they were patiently waiting by the door — our kids loved naming them and giving them a little attention during our trip. They added a charming touch without being intrusive.We loved everything about this place and would definitely stay again on our next trip to the Big Island. Highly recommend! Thank you to the host for a memorable and relaxing vacation.

Everything was perfect! The owner and team were very accommodating and got us baby gates as we had a 4 year old and twin 2 year olds. The corner unit made it so easy for grass access and play as well as privacy. We liked being close to the back gate as it was quick to get to and from the unit.We loved the simplicity of the unit and the space. We had a party of 8 and there was a lot of space for everyone to fit comfortably. We especially loved that the secondary pool was only a few steps away from the unit. The kitchen was full stocked with the things we needed to cook. Everyone had a great experience and made great memories. We'd love to be able to stay again in the future.
