Nestled in a charming art and beach community along the Delaware River, BeachRiver offers a retreat rich in creativity, history, and natural beauty. Our township’s story stretches back more than 350 years, with roots that still connect generations—one resident traces their family heritage to a township co-founder. Many local artists have been commissioned to create well-known works, bringing a creative spirit to this special waterfront community.
This remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath Scandinavian-modern home sits on a private stretch of riverfront with 1,400 square feet of sandy beach exclusively for your group. Step onto the expansive 36’ x 16’ walk-out deck to watch morning light dance across the water, or linger over sunset with a glass of wine and the river as your soundtrack. Inside, an open-concept living area embraces the views, surrounding you with water, sky, and understated comfort.
Your stay is all about simple rituals that help you slow down and reconnect. Begin with coffee on the deck, then unwind in the handcrafted, pine-lined outdoor barrel sauna, with seating for up to four. Spend the afternoon enjoying the beach or discovering the area’s art, history and wineries! In the evening, gather in the cozy living space or retreat to your king-sized suite to recharge in quiet luxury.
Whether you’re planning a quiet reset, a romantic escape, an intimate elopement, or a celebration with close friends, BeachRiver provides a memorable backdrop. I can help personalize your stay with slow mornings, time in nature, and curated local recommendations—so you leave feeling rested, inspired, and connected to a community with a story all its own.
To continue that sense of community connection, we personally welcome each guest upon arrival. We spend about 10 minutes introducing you to BeachRiver's unique amenities and providing your house access code, then leave you to settle in and enjoy your stay.
