Guests have private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo and direct oceanfront balcony. Resort amenities are shared with other owners and registered guests.

We want you to feel informed and comfortable before reserving SeaHaven Escapes. Please review these important details:

CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM Eastern Time
• Checkout is by 10:00 AM Eastern Time
• Detailed arrival and entry instructions will be provided 24hrs before check-in

OCCUPANCY AND BOOKING

• The maximum occupancy is six registered guests, including children
• The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old

PARKING

Free resort parking is available. Guests may unload in front of the building before parking across the street or in the parking garage.

The garage access card will be located inside the condo. Parking passes must be displayed as directed. Restrictions my apply to motorcycles, trailers, oversized vehicles, or other specialty vehicles.

RESORT ACCESS

Teal wristbands are required in shared areas and when using resort amenities. One access card is also provided for entry to designated areas. Please return all wristbands and the access card to the condo before checkout.

• Missing wristband replacement: $25 each
• Missing access card replacement: $150

HELP US PROTECT THE CONDO

• No pets, per HOA regulations
• No parties, events, or unregistered visitors
• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Children must be supervised on the balcony and throughout the resort
• Please follow all posted pool and amenity rules

SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY

For the comfort of our guests and in accordance with HOA regulations, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo, on the private balcony, and throughout the resort’s common areas. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana or cannabis, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices.

Smoking is permitted only in the resort’s designated outdoor smoking area.

Evidence of smoking or vaping in a prohibited area will result in a $250 smoke-remediation charge. Additional costs may apply if professional deep cleaning, odor removal, or treatment of furnishings is required.
