This holiday home has five bedrooms including a super-king-size with an en-suite, a king-size, two doubles and a single, along with a bathroom and a shower room. There’s also a kitchen/diner, a snug and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Appliances include a range cooker with gas oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, while for entertainment there are two TVs and WiFi. Fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside there is off-road parking and a garden with lawn, patio, furniture and summerhouse with bar. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at this home. You can find a shop in 0.6 miles, a pub in 0.1 mile, and a beach in 1.3 miles. Wyvill House is a gorgeous property for a memorable break.

Explore the area's rich history at Scarborough Castle and the Rotunda Museum of Geology, or relax by the sea with amusement arcades, ice cream parlours, seafood stalls, and beach huts dotting the town's sandy beaches.

Fabulous house and extensive gardens. The kitchen was very well equipped with all we needed. Very close to the coast. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise, especially since the local shop closed at 5pm. Only downside was the pub next door was only open 1 night of our stay.
