The Space:
Ty Twt is a romantic adult only (18+), semi-detached cottage resting in Llanfair Clydogau, Ceredigion. Hosting one double bedroom with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed rear garden with furniture. Also, an enclosed field is available for dog exercise, Please note that the charging electric vehicles is not permitted. BBQs are not permitted at this property. Contractor bookings can only be accepted with prior approval from the owners, so please contact Sykes before confirming any contractor booking. The property accepts one small or medium-sized dog only. Dogs must be fully socialised and house-trained, and banned breeds, or dogs crossed with banned breeds, cannot be accommodated. Pets other than dogs may only be accepted with prior owner approval. Stag parties, hen parties and similar group celebrations are not permitted at this property. The stairs are curved and narrower than a conventional staircase, with a width of 55cm, and may therefore be unsuitable for larger or less mobile guests. There is also a sloping ceiling in the bathroom, and the maximum head height when standing in the bath to use the shower is 175cm (5ft 8in).
